- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss bread cubes with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt. Continue whisking until mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
- In a large salad bowl, combine sliced English cucumbers, chopped romaine lettuce, and thinly sliced red onion. Toss vegetables gently to distribute evenly.
- Drizzle prepared Caesar dressing over the vegetable mixture. Using salad tongs, toss gently until all ingredients are lightly coated with dressing.
- Add cooled homemade croutons to the dressed salad. Toss lightly once more to incorporate. Top with shaved Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper. Serve immediately while croutons remain crisp.
